Job Summary

As a Field Technician, you’ll independently complete daily service routes using a company-provided truck. You’ll interact with clients, maintain communication with the office, and deliver high-quality service in the field.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver outstanding, “wow-worthy” customer service
• Clean residential properties by removing pet waste
• Secure gates and sanitize equipment after each visit
• Work efficiently while maintaining high quality standards
• Communicate client requests, notes, and updates to the office
• Report vehicle maintenance or repair needs

Pay & Benefits

• $10/hour during training
• Commission-based pay after training (most technicians earn $16–$18/hour + tips) Weekly pay
• Company truck (take-home after training; gas and tolls covered)

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Valid Texas driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must pass background check and drug screening
• At least 21 years old

What We’re Looking For

• Able to walk 5–8 miles daily and lift up to 40 lbs
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Comfortable around dogs of all sizes and breeds
• Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Reliable and punctual (routes start as early as 7:00 AM)
• Comfortable using an iPhone and GPS

Position Summary

Super Scoopers is seeking a motivated, outgoing, and results-driven Sales & Customer  Service Representative to help grow our residential and commercial pet waste removal services. This role is responsible for generating new business, building and maintaining relationships with homeowners, property managers, HOAs, apartment communities, and commercial clients, and helping prospective customers understand the value of our services. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, comfortable with prospecting, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. The sales representative will be primarily responsible for consultative selling, relationship building, and achieving sales goals, in addition to assisting with customer service in the office.

Responsibilities

• Generate new residential and commercial leads through digital inquiries, networking, referrals, community events, and occasional door-to-door material distribution.
• Follow up promptly with inbound leads.
• Accurately provide pricing and scheduling information to prospective clients
• Prepare and present service proposals and quotes for residential and commercial service sign-ups.
• Build relationships with homeowners, HOA boards, veterinarian offices, animal rescue organizations, real estate agents, and commercial property managers.
• Educate prospects on Super Scoopers’ services, pricing, scheduling and satisfaction guarantee.
• Maintain accurate records in the company CRM.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and key performance metrics.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience.
• Attend local networking events, trade shows, and community meetings as needed.
• Identify upselling opportunities with existing customers.
• Monitor local market conditions and competitor activity.
• Represent Super Scoopers professionally in the community.
• Support office staff with client billing and follow-ups, as needed

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience preferred.
• Experience in service-based, home service, property management, or B2B sales is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
• Comfortable and confident speaking to clients and prospective leads by telephone
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Comfortable with prospecting and handling objections.
• Basic computer proficiency, including navigating a CRM and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Clear background check and drug screening
• Valid Texas driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel throughout the DFW area.
