I have tried two other services and today, the new tech rang my bell, was a reasonable distance on the sidewalk and smiled and told me his name, introducing himself, and asking if I had any questions s etc.! That was impressive and so important to me in regard to customer care. He was also smiling and did a very good job. I sent a message to the business right after his introduction because that really made a big impression! Over all 10/10 rating !!

We love Super Scoopers! They take their job VERY seriously. They are VERY thorough and take their time during visits. They send consistent and timely communication about their arrival and send pictures of closed gates after! When they have new scoopers, they perform thorough audits, which I appreciate so much! There was this one time when my 10 month puppy was in the backyard when they arrived and he started barking at them. They handled the situation extremely profressionally and also sat down and waited the extra time till my puppy felt calm. They also mentioned the dogs generally discover their bark at 10 months. They genuinely care about their customers, and pets which is rare these days. We feel so lucky to have found them - I would recommend them to everyone! The main scooper was Arty (who was also doing the audit) and he was accompanied by another lady - so sad that I have forgotten her name.
