They take their job VERY seriously. They are VERY thorough and take their time during visits. They send consistent and timely communication about their arrival and send pictures of closed gates after! When they have new scoopers, they perform thorough audits, which I appreciate so much! There was this one time when my 10 month puppy was in the backyard when they arrived and he started barking at them. They handled the situation extremely profressionally and also sat down and waited the extra time till my puppy felt calm. They also mentioned the dogs generally discover their bark at 10 months. They genuinely care about their customers, and pets which is rare these days. We feel so lucky to have found them - I would recommend them to everyone! The main scooper was Arty (who was also doing the audit) and he was accompanied by another lady - so sad that I have forgotten her name.Read MoreRead Less

Extremely timely service, efficient with communications via email and text, thorough with the process of cleanup. Payments are easy and monthly rates are competitive. Such a time saver for me with the dogs I have with the limited time I have and all the other tasks I need to get done.
