To ensure 100% satisfaction, customers are not charged for their scoop until after the service is complete. We will send out invoices on the 1st of every month, and your bill is based off of the number of visits from the previous month.
No! The continuation and growth of our business is built upon customer satisfaction, not contractual obligations. You can stop service at any time by calling us 24 hours before your next scoop or e-mailing us at email@example.com.
That is entirely up to you! Part of our pricing is based off of the frequency of our pooper scooper visits. Our team can visit one-time, bimonthly, weekly or biweekly.
If there has been an extended period of time since your yard has been cleaned, there may be an extra charge for your first visit. Please contact us for more details via email or by calling (502) 350-9173.
We do! If you would like a one-time service visit for a party or social gathering, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your event. Pricing may vary.
We ensure 100% satisfaction for our clients. If for any reason you are unhappy with any work performed, please contact us immediately at (502) 350-9173 or e-mail our owner at Brian@superscoopers.com. We will either return to the yard within 24 hours to re-DOO the job, or else we will give you a credit for the visit that week.
We are licensed and fully insured. For our customers’ peace of mind, we also never use third-party contractors—all of our pooper scoopers are FBI background checked and drug tested before joining our team.
Yes! Even in the winter, dogs will still poop, so we will still scoop. We want to make sure you have a clean yard for your dogs at all times.
To allow our pooper scoopers to have time with their families, we do not offer pickup services on the following holidays:
- New Year’s Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
If your service date falls on a holiday, your visit will be re-scheduled to before or after the holiday. You will also be notified in advance, so you can contact us with any questions.
Absolutely! What better gift is there to offer a pet-lover than relief from their dog’s relief? Please call for more details.
Our pooper scoopers need access to your yard on the day of service. If we cannot enter your yard and perform our service because the gate is locked, you will still be charged for the trip. If you prefer, we can loan you a combination lock for the gate at no charge to you.
In most cases, yes. Most dogs love the attention from when we visit, and our pooper scoopers love interacting with them! However, if you have concerns about the temperament of your dog and plan to leave them outside, we would prefer to meet them for the first time when you are present before beginning service. For the safety of our team members, if your dog displays aggressive behavior and won’t allow us to enter your yard, we will notify you and return to complete service once the dog is restrained or confined.
Absolutely! As long as your dog won’t be using the yard, just give us at least 24 hours’ notice and we’ll skip the visit.
We generally continue service in most types of weather. However, if heavy rain or lightning prevents us from visiting your yard, most times we are able to make up the work later on that week. Since snow can linger, situations may vary. Please see our service terms & conditions for more details.
It will no longer be on your property! We take the waste with us and dispose of it according to local health & sanitation regulations.
